BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – Megan Fromm, a doctoral student in mass communication at the University of Maryland, has written a paper on the founding of the Student Press Law Center, which is celebrating its 35th birthday. She not only has discovered some important items about SPLC’s founding, but she also has some interesting points to make about student freedom of expression. (more…)
